Mácron, since 2006, has heavily invested in technology in the Cut/Crease, Detail and Glue sectors and has undergone a number of modifications.

To assist in the setup of the Cut/Crease machines, a studio sector was implemented to focus on preparation of final touches with the purchase of new tools to quality produce flaps, folds and sheet cuts.

Our employees are also an important factor, all of them have undergone training sessions focused on perfecting and updating Cut/Fold techniques, thereby helping us achieve faster uncomplicated production processes.

By focusing on maximum quality and continually searching for new technology, the newest machinery, cartridge separator the Kawahara TXR1100 was installed in this sector. It is “the only equipment of its type in Latin America” assuring the Details sector the highest productivity gain as well as the quality of life for our workers, since the equipment eliminates part of the physical effort on their part, minimizing the possibility of their developing occupational work related health problems.

Intent on improving the production process, increasing production capacity and technological advances, modern folding/gluing equipment has been installed in the Glue sector using Amazon 70 cartridges. “The production capacity of this equipment is astounding,” running at an incredible 300m/s. The machinery also features the Hand Pack equipment which assists in the final product packing.
